The first two classes (Big Game & Upland Game/Waterfowl) were big successes and sold out quickly.
The good news is if you missed those two, the last class scheduled in the Reno series, Wild Fish – Cleaning, Care and Cooking, still has space available.
Including fish is often recommended as part of a healthy diet and there’s no better fish than wild caught by your own hand. Don’t waste your hard-earned catch by improperly handling and/or preparing this delicate meat.
